The Residenza d'epoca Villa Dolcetti offers just 6 rooms, two double standard, two double deluxe and 2 triple deluxe.
When is check in/check out time?
Villa Dolcetti's check in time start from 13pm and ends at 9pm so if you think you will be arriving later please contact the Reception to get the secret door code. Then you will find the keyroom at the desk, as well for the informations to easily reach your room.
Early morning check in is possible if your room is ready. If not you are welcome to store your luggage at the hotel then take advantage of the good and cheap bus service to get in Venice centre in half an hour.
Check out is 10:30 am. Because we are a small property without many rooms to spare, late check out will not always be available, ask the reception for more informations.

How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
Our high speed, wireless internet is available in all of our guestrooms and throughout the rest of the building. Internet access is for free.

We do have room service; breakfast is from 7:40am to 10am.

How do I get to the Hotel?
By car:
Arriving from Brennero, Roma, Bologna, Milano:
A4 Serenissima Highway - follow indications Venezia and Aeroporto - exit for
Mira - Oriago. Turn left at the roundabout then right at the next roundabout,
continue for 1 km until you'll arrive in Riviera del Brenta, turn right again
for 500 mt and finally you'll reach Villa Dolcetti.
Arriving from Udine, Trieste:
Exit Venezia Est and follow the junction of Mestre until the exit RAVENNA
After the second roundabout follow indications for PADOVA, wich will take you
immediately to Riviera del Brenta street (Blue sign SS11). After about 3.5 km
you will find VILLA DOLCETTI on your righthand side.
By train:
Arriving in Venezia –Santa Lucia station
take the bus for Dolo or Padova getting off at the stop Oriago
or by taxi from Venezia to Oriago di Mira (13 km)
By plane:
Arriving in Venice “Marco Polo”Airport:
Take the bus for Venice Piazzale Roma, then a bus for Oriago (Dolo Padova
direction).

Do you offer shuttle service from the airport?
We do not have a shuttle from the airport. We can arrange the departure from Villa Dolcetti to any destination.
Reservations
Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs? Is there a charge?
It's possible to have a baby crib on your room, there is a €10 per night charge.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Generally speaking, the best way to change a reservation booked through a channel other than our hotel is to go through the site your originally booked on. Especially if you have already paid the third-party site for your room (as is the case with many online booking sites) you will have to make your change through them in order to get refunded for any unused nights. Unfortunately, these are not changes that we can make on our end.
If you booked through our official web site the reservation should be modified or cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival. No cancellations or change allowed for our Advance Discounted Rate.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in to a room alone.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 3 days cancellation policy. Any reservation cancelled before 3days on the day preceding arrival will not incur any penalty, else first night value will be charged on your credit card. Advance Discounted Rate reservations are not cancellable, modifiable neither refundable.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?

Do you have a restaurant on your property?
We do not have a restaurant in Villa Dolcetti. There are many good restaurants nearby, some of them are within walking distance.
Is breakfast included and what type of breakfast?
Continental Buffet Breakfast is served from 07:40 to 10:00 and is included on room rate.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets of any size.
